Is this the same as a full groom?
No, the Wellness Club covers essential hygiene (bath, ears, nails, teeth and paws), not styling or breed-specific haircuts. If your dog needs a haircut or styled groom, see our grooming services.
Which dogs is it best for?
It's ideal for short-coated dogs and any dog that doesn't need regular styling but still benefits from a consistent hygiene routine, and it's a great way to keep longer-coated dogs fresh between full grooms.
Do unused visits roll over?
On Essentials Plus you can roll over up to 2 visits. Essentials has no roll over, and Unlimited Plus includes unlimited hygiene visits each month.
Can I add extras to a visit?
Yes, add a blow-dry, leave-in conditioner treatment, blueberry facial or our Deluxe Nagayu CO₂ Spa to any visit when you book online, for a small additional fee.
How is it billed, and can I cancel?
Plans are billed monthly in advance. There's no long lock-in, just let our team know if you'd like to pause or cancel.
Where is the Wellness Club available?
Ask our team about availability at your nearest K9 Playtime grooming location, Jandakot, Byford or O'Connor.
